1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Refunds or returns apply only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

• You notify us within 7 days of delivery

• Clear photo/video proof is provided
  
  

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or installed products

• Physically damaged items after delivery

• Products without original packaging/accessories

• Special/custom orders
  
  

3. Refund Process

• Returned items will be inspected before approval.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or bank account.
  
  

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  
  

5. Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refunds will not be issued.
